{"id":1087,"date":"2020-01-09T16:03:50","date_gmt":"2020-01-09T16:03:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.h2orto.it\/sempre-piu-sani-e-puliti\/"},"modified":"2020-12-08T17:07:52","modified_gmt":"2020-12-08T17:07:52","slug":"sempre-piu-sani-e-puliti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.h2orto.it\/en\/sempre-piu-sani-e-puliti\/","title":{"rendered":"HEALTHIER AND CLEANER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Two recent studies carried out by FRI-EL GREEN HOUSE S.R.L. witness the excellent results obtained by the company in reducing its footprint on the environment by adopting virtuous processes.<\/p>\n<p>Scope of studies, the impact of production of Fresh Guru branded vine tomatoes, analysed in two different production cycles; winter production cycle with the use of LED lights and summer production cycle with natural light.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cClimate Change\u201d study has assessed the potential impact on global warming for all life cycle stages of production of tomatoes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>extraction and processing of raw materials<\/li>\n<li>manufacturing<\/li>\n<li>transport<\/li>\n<li>distribution<\/li>\n<li>use, reuse and recycling<\/li>\n<li>final disposal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The methodology used complied with the ISO 14040 and 14044 standards of Life Cycle Analysis, hence validated by the certification authority QSCA.\u2028&#8221;Water Footprint\u201d is the study that allowed FRI-EL to assess its water footprint, by analysing the management of water along the entire production cycle.
